Client: Ameware Group

Location: remote

Employment: part-time (20 hrs a week)

Ameware Group is a software development and recruitment company based in Dublin, Ireland. Being part of our distributed team gives you a chance to find exciting opportunities based on teamwork, support, and respect. You will work in a small, dynamic, and highly collaborative team, where every person has a direct impact on results. Fast decision-making, autonomy, adaptability, and ownership are essential.

This role offers significant long-term growth potential — from SDR to Sales Executive and eventually Head of Sales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales or business development
  • Proven experience selling to US clients in tech, staffing, or SaaS/outsourcing services
  • Experience working independently, where autonomy, responsibility, and flexibility are essential.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and AI-powered research tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

Would be a plus:

  • Experience selling IT recruitment or software development services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound lead generation: email, LinkedIn, cold outreach — both automated and fully personalized.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts (you’ll have freedom to experiment).
  • Conduct initial outreach and discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategy, messaging, and targeting.
  • Track and improve conversion metrics across channels.
  • Maintain clear, accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Suggest new tools and approaches to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Quickly understand Ameware Group’s services/products and articulate competitive advantages.

We offer:

  • Fully remote position in an international company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the sales organization.
  • Supportive, friendly, and people-focused team environment.
  • A chance to make a real impact in a small but ambitious team.

Company name: NDA (USA)

Location: USA, remote

Employment: full-time

Our client is a rapidly expanding B2B company in the promotional products space, working with corporate clients across the US. They provide customized branded merchandise — from apparel and drinkware to bags and office essentials — helping businesses elevate their events, employee initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

We’re seeking a Head of Sales who will fully own revenue growth by developing strong client partnerships and actively driving new business opportunities. This role is laser-focused on results — your success will depend on your ability to generate leads, build credibility, and consistently close deals.

  • A relationship-driven approach to sales — able to quickly establish trust, build long-term partnerships, and generate repeat business.

  • Comfortable balancing high-volume outreach with more strategic, relationship-based deal cycles.

  • Highly autonomous and proactive — focused on pipeline growth and able to operate independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting across email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to independently build and grow a strong sales pipeline.

  • Own relationship development from initial outreach through to signed purchase orders (POs).

  • Identify and deeply understand client needs to recommend the most relevant products, quantities, and solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver quotes in collaboration with internal teams, and confidently lead deals through to closure.

  • Achieve revenue targets with a ramp from $25,000 in month one to $100,000+ per month by month three.

  • Add feature flags, toggles, and custom APIs so we can test ideas safely without affecting production.
  • Work with engineering, product, and design teams to ship experiment-ready features quickly, writing code that’s fast to build but stable for users.t strategy, boost engagement, and achieve clear business goals.
  • Write SQL queries and create views in Snowflake to help with experiment reporting and answer data questions.
  • Turn experiment results into clear dashboards and visuals in Looker.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting to make sure product decisions are based on accurate, reliable data.
