Speaking of the seniors, we’re looking for professionals who don’t have to be micromanaged to get their job done. They know what to do and know how to do it the best, optimized way possible.
From you, guys, we expect to be excellent team players. You have the knowledge and some experience. You follow the clean code methodology and design patterns. You indicate right away if you’re stuck. Your assigned mentor will look at your issue with fresh eyes and assist if needed.
Despite a university education and maybe self-education, you might be lacking experience. Or perhaps you know another programming language and decided to learn Java? Anyway, you must be willing to work hard towards your self-improvement as a software engineer. Apart from high standard coding, a team lead in Ameware Group serves as a technical adviser to a client and provides a programming perspective on the client’s requirements. We’re looking for a charismatic talented person, who is able to guide a team through the problem-solving process, make the team members follow him/her in the best coding and ethical practices.
